At Sophie Bille Brahe, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your jewelry within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition and within the signature velvet packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the necessary return documentation.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Sophie Bille Brahe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Documentation

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and ensure the RMA form is included inside the box before dropping it off at an authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our artisans, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
